The Tarrasense Conditioning Association (Leitat) is a private, non-profit entity with its own legal and assets, established in 1906. It regulates its activities in accordance with current regulations and the Code of Ethics.

The Tarrasense Conditioning Association (Leitat) is a private, non-profit entity with its own legal and assets, established in 1906. It regulates its activities in accordance with current regulations and the Code of Ethics.
The General Assembly is the sovereign governing body of the Association. All its members participate in it in their own right and it is where all those matters that the Statutes grant them as exclusive competences are decided.
The Board of Directors has the powers to represent, direct and administer the Association. Likewise, to comply with the decisions taken by the General Assembly in accordance with the regulations, instructions and guidelines established by the latter.

Jordi Cabrafiga i Macias holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universitat Ramon Llull-La Salle. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration (ESADE), has completed the Vicens Vives Leadership and Commitment Program (ESADE) and the Cluster Management Methodology Program (IESE).
Since November 2023, he has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Leitat. Previously, he held the position of strategic director of Economic Growth and Government Affairs at the entity.
Before joining the technology center, he held various positions in the Public Administration of Catalonia, including the General Secretariat of the Department of Economy and Finance of the Generalitat de Catalunya, the Presidency of the Catalan Institute of Finance (2021-2022), the General Secretary of the Department of Business and Knowledge (2020-2021), as well as chief of staff of the Minister of the Presidency (2018-2020) and the Minister of Governance (2015-2017) of the Generalitat de Catalunya, among others.
Between 2002 and 2011, he developed technology, transformation and innovation projects at Hewlett-Packard, T-Systems and Barcelona Activa.
