Successful RAWMINA Project Conference

We are pleased to share the success of the recent conference held as part of the RAWMINA Project on the 22nd and 23rd of October at the Casa de la Convalescència in Barcelona. This event marked an important milestone, made possible through the collaborative efforts of everyone involved.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all attendees, both from the RAWMINA Project consortium and those who joined from other relevant projects and organisations. Your effort and valuable contributions were essential to the event’s success.

A special recognition goes to our organisers: Diego Morillo Martín, Area Manager of Functional Materials & Processing and Scientific Leader of RAWMINA, and Gerard Jorba Juez, Project Manager, for their outstanding leadership and dedication.

We wish the RAWMINA Project team the best of luck in the final months of the project.

We will soon be sharing a highlight video from the event, which will include interviews with representatives from across the project’s value chain, focused on the recovery and revalorisation of Critical Raw Materials. Stay tuned!

About the Project
The RAWMINA Project aims to develop and demonstrate an innovative pilot system for the clean and sustainable production of non-energy, non-agricultural raw materials in the EU from mine waste resources. By integrating advanced technologies, the project seeks to promote a circular economy and enhance EU competitiveness in the processing and recovery of Critical Raw Materials.
